Experienced Sales Manager

We’re excited to announce that our team at Spigo is growing and looking for someone who’s a natural at sales and interested in filling the post of a Senior Sales Manager. If you’re a people person and think managing sales runs through your veins, then this is the job for you!

Role Description
As a Senior Sales Manager, you’ll be supporting the CEO with several tasks. Your job will be to help generate revenue with the international portfolio of our comparison websites. Your main aim is to take care of existing deals with iGaming operators, build solid, long-term relationships and continue to advance deals.
You’ll be the first point of contact for the operator, and will be expected to follow up on existing leads, provide account management for partners as well as participate in events. You’ll also be expected to increase the number of iGaming operator partnerships, ensure continuous deal optimisations. Most importantly, you’ll need to interact with other departments, so as to identify new sales opportunities and maintain the sales related content on our websites.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Assure on-time commission payments by the operators
  • Grow B2B accounts with warm and cold leads to develop relationships within the iGaming industry
  • Use your creativity to actively engage with prospects to generate new business
  • Develop account relationships and turn individual transactions into long term cyclical accounts
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective clients on all levels
  • Take the lead in preparing and sending out official proposals and business contracts

Your Profile
Apart from having an open and outgoing personality – which is a fundamental quality in sales, you need to have a desire to be part of a rapidly expanding and successful business. To be a plausible candidate for the role, you will need to possess the following skills and attributes:

  • A good command of English: Native (or close to native) Proficiency
  • An excellent communicator and excited to work with all levels of an organization (internally and externally)
  • A basic understanding of games and iGaming industry
  • Competitive, with high energy, you’re fearless and don’t take no for an answer
  • You’re eager to learn and apply what you’ve learned to grow professionally
  • Proficient in Excel and MS suite of applications
  • Able to work within teams as well as with external clients
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated with a high level of ambition
  • Ability to deliver quality despite many parallel tasks ongoing
  • High analytical skills with an attention to detail
  • Flexible and rapidly adaptable to new situations
  • Structured approach to sales
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Few years of experience in sales is a must

Previous experience in iGaming is considered an asset, but not mandatory.
